HULA DANCING FOR FUN & fITNESS
Learn the fluid and fun dance steps of this beautiful Hawaiian dance while building stamina, flexibility, grace, rhythm and balance. Tighten your core, arms and thighs while having fun and staying fit!
Tiny feet learn basic ballet movement and coordination using fantasy and imagination. They will have fanciful fun and playful make-believe as they are introduced to music and dance. Ages 2½-5.
Dancers learn ballet's basic steps and beginning dance positions as a foundation for future classes. Parents are welcome to watch. Ages 5-10.
Ballroom Dancing (INCLUDING swing & salsa beginners workshop)
Couples and singles learn basic patterns and technique for a variety of Smooth and Latin dances like the Fox Trot, East and West Coast Swing, Hustle, Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Meringue, Mambo and Salsa. Ages 16 and older.
