Learn the fluid and fun dance steps of this beautiful Hawaiian dance while building stamina, flexibility, grace, rhythm and balance. Tighten your core, arms and thighs while having fun and staying fit!
Tiny feet learn basic ballet movement and coordination using fantasy and imagination. Ages 2½-5.
Dancers learn ballet's basic steps and beginning dance positions as a foundation for future classes. Parents are welcome to watch. Ages 5-10.
This centuries-old dance helps make every woman feel exotic, sensual and graceful, while also getting a good workout. The class is taught by Sahara, who has studied with famous belly dancers worldwide. Ages 16 and older.
Jingle your hip belt at the next level. Sahara teaches you body isolation, hip movements, undulations, shimmies and more. Ages 16 and older.
Couples and singles learn basic patterns and technique for a variety of Smooth and Latin dances like the Fox Trot, East and West Coast Swing, Hustle, Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Meringue, Mambo and Salsa. Ages 16 and older.
It's not just "country" anymore. Line dance to all types of music, including Country, Latin, Oldies and even Disco. Beginners through experts, singles and couples are welcome. Ages 16 and older.
