Enjoy some time in the water for fitness, competition, or perhaps learn a new skill like how to become a lifeguard; and, swim lessons are a great way to introduce kids to the world of aquatics in a safe and fun way!

Infant Swim Lessons – Parent & Me
Our infant swim classes help infants get comfortable in and around the water - beginning a lifelong love of water activities! Parents learn basic skills with their child. A parent/adult must accompany their child in the water.

Grade School Swim Classes – Penguins (1 &2), Stingrays, Barracudas, Sharks
Swimming is an excellent way to stay fit and active, and we offer five levels of classes for youth, based on age and swimming ability.

Penguins 1 & 2: Get children with little or no swimming experience started with the basics. Water safety, floating, kicks, arm action and use of legs introduce kids to this terrific sport. Penguins 1, ages 6 ½ – 12 Years Old. Penguins 2, ages 8 – 12 Years Old.

Lifeguard Swim Test & Training Courses
Prepare to recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and prevent drowning and injuries.

Lifeguard Swim Test - 1. Participants must swim 150 yards continuously, followed by a 2-minute tread using their feet only, followed by swimming 50 yards continuously.  Participants must demonstrate proper breath control and rhythmic breathing.  2. The final test is a timed object retrieval in which participants perform a surface dive to recover a 10-pound object and return to the starting point within one minute and forty seconds.
